President & CEO: Jared Kluver
Even though not a native of the area, Jared has found Northwest Arkansas to be home. After graduating from Oklahoma State University with focus on IT systems and Business Management, Jared has spent the last 12 years working in IT solving complex business system problems.
At the same time, Jared began investing in real estate properties, buying houses and improving them for resale. He quickly learned that investing in real estate solved problems for real people in real situations.
Jared has a wife and 2 beautiful little girls (5 and 2). He enjoys mentoring at local meetups, riding motorcycles, playing poker with friends, and being a ninja dad.

Although not currently living in Arkansas, Leslie has learned the ins and outs of everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer. She has a passion with helping home owners out of tough situations and being able to offer creative solutions that give a win for everybody involved.
Residing in San Diego, CA, Leslie enjoys yoga, taking her dog Watson for walks on the beach, and studying business entrepreneurship.

Jaydeep has spent the the last 5 years working in the mortgage banking sector focused on lien release processing, mortgage assignment preparation, title searches, and researching property valuation & appraisals. He has a passion for researching information that is tough to decipher and providing value to his team. Jaydeep enjoys hanging out with his family when his mind isn’t racing about work.
